Entry Guidelines

Increase your chances of being a finalist or crowned a winner by:

  • Register on our award entry platform
  • You can work through your entry through our event management system, where you can save, amend, submit and pay all within the system
  • Carefully reading the criteria for each award category
  • Provide all relevant information in each section
  • Each question has a word count, do not exceed
  • There is an opportunity to provide supporting information
  • There is a fee of AED 900 (£190) per entry and only paid for entries will be submitted for judging

The Categories

The IT & Digital Recruitment Company of the Year​

  • This award is open to recruiters who have achieved impressive results in the IT & Technology sectors in the region over the past 3 years. When talking about results, this means more than billings, it includes showing how your company has built a solid rapport with its clients, how strong its prospects are and what really sets it apart from the competition.

The Energy Recruitment Company of the Year​

  • This award is open to recruiters who have achieved impressive results in the energy sectors (oil, gas, renewables) in the region over the past 3 years. When talking about results, this means more than billings, it includes showing how your company has built a solid rapport with its clients, how strong its prospects are and what really sets it apart from the competition.

The Technical, Construction & Engineering Recruitment Company of the Year

  • This award is open to recruiters who have achieved impressive results in the Technical, Construction & Engineering sectors in the region over the past 3 years.

The Best Specialist Recruitment Company of the Year

  • This award is open to recruiters and RPO organisations who have achieved impressive results in their specialist niche sectors in the region over the past 3 years. Expertise can cover and specialist discipline and can even include a niche within that sector.

The Contract Recruitment Company of the Year​

  • This award is open to recruiters who specialise in contract and temporary recruitment across the region over the past 3 years. When talking about your achievements, this means more than billings, it includes showing how your company has built a solid rapport with its clients, how strong its prospects are and what really sets it apart from the competition.

The Best SME Recruitment Company to Work For (1-15 Employees)

  • Please explain why your company should be considered for this award category.  Include all the relevant information that you feel will support your case, what makes you unique and therefore an employer of choice? Why do you stand head and shoulders above your competitors? If a prospective recruiter had to choose between your company or a competitor, why would they choose you?

The Best Large Recruitment Company to Work For (16+ Employees)

  • Please explain why your company should be considered for this award category.  Include all the relevant information that you feel will support your case, what makes you unique and therefore an employer of choice? Why do you stand head and shoulders above your competitors? If a prospective recruiter had to choose between your company or a competitor, why would they choose you?
