Our judging process ensures credibility and enhances prestige for all those recognised. TALiNT’s  stellar judging team, which this year includes senior HR Leaders, conducts an initial shortlist of all entries to identify finalists.

Entries in each category will be judged by a panel of recruitment industry chairmen, senior talent leaders, HR professionals and advisers. All judges determine the overall winners in each category, who are announced at the TIARA Gala Dinner on 2nd November 2023.
