Following Recruitment International’s merger with TALiNT Partners, the RI Awards have been relaunched as the TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards (the TIARAs).
“The legacy of the RI Awards lives on in its iconic trophy, which will remain the recruitment industry’s most coveted accolade,” said David Head, founder of Recruitment International and director of TALiNT Partners. “The TIARAs take these awards to another level of credibility and prestige as we witnessed with our UK awards, which brought together over 500 senior executives from the UK’s top recruiters.”
“As the recruitment industry evolves to support a range of workforce models, the TIARAs are an international campaign to crown the achievements of those leading its transformation,” said Alex Evans, Programme Director of TALiNT Partners. “Designed around our finalists, judges and sponsors, our campaign will show the vital role of the recruitment industry in keeping the lifeblood of talent flowing through the UAE.”
To extend this campaign, finalists will be announced at the end of December and profiled in TALiNT International’s monthly magazine and weekly newsletter until 6th February, when the winners will be announced at a glittering black-tie gala dinner at The Grosvenor House in Dubai.
